Community and listing standards
Accurate listings, respectful conduct, safe handoffs, and prohibited items.
1. List only what you can supply
Own the item or have documented authority to rent it. Use accurate current photographs, disclose defects, list included accessories, state native-country prices and location, and keep availability current. Preview items are examples, never verified bookable inventory.
2. Prohibited items and conduct
Do not list stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, unlawful, recalled, or unlicensed goods; weapons or explosives; controlled drugs; identity documents; payment instruments; financial products; or items requiring a licence the parties do not hold. This marketplace's product workflow is not for residential tenancy, employment, lending, or regulated insurance. Camping equipment is not a housing service.
No harassment, discrimination, threats, fabricated reviews, identity misuse, or attempts to obtain another person's passwords or OTPs. Do not pressure a member into signing unread terms or making an off-platform payment under false assurances.
3. Meet and return safely
Choose a suitable, well-lit pickup point, check the agreed item together, record the condition, and confirm the return arrangement. Do not publish a home address. If anything does not match the agreement, pause the handoff and resolve it before releasing the product.
